The Championship FIRST Impact Award (FIA) Chat, is a panel discussion held at the FIRST Championship in Houston, TX with members of the FIRST Hall of Fame (past Championship Chairman’s Award winners), providing and answering audience questions about how to maximize your team’s impact and how to best tackle the Chairman’s submission.

This 2025 FIRST Impact Chat, includes nearly 2 hours of questions and answers (Q&A) with FIRST Robotics Competition Hall of Fame teams and Championship FIA judges. Teams from all over the world participated and asked their most pressing questions.
